Tulane has a rich and diverse business and professional background. His education includes graduate programs at Fuller Theological Seminary, Claremont Graduate School, and Southwestern University School of Law. He has taught graduate students at The School of Theology at Claremont, undergraduate students at California State University at Fullerton, and California State University at Northridge. Tulane has served as in-house counsel at Arcadia Methodist Hospital and has worked with prominent law firms both in and outside of California.  He is admitted as an attorney to practice in both California state courts and in the United States federal court.  His professional memberships include The California State Bar and the Trusts and Estates Section of the California Lawyers Association.  He has previously worked extensively with the Propane Gas Defense Association.
